Applied Mind-Body Education began classroom instructional programming in 2022, providing structured educational enrichment for adolescent homeschoolers focused on attention, self-regulation, and applied learning skills.
The curriculum was informed by earlier experience applying these practices in home-based learning environments prior to formal classroom instruction. Since 2022, the program has been delivered in small-group, homeschool, and community educational settings with adolescents.
Applied Mind-Body Education operates as an educational enrichment program and is not a clinical, therapeutic, or counseling service. Instruction is secular, age-appropriate, and designed to complement a variety of learning models.
