Structured Enrichment for Focus, Self-Regulation, and Learning Readiness
Applied Mind-Body Education provides structured, developmentally appropriate instruction for middle and high school homeschool students. The program integrates evidence-informed practices including guided attention exercises, breath-based regulation, and movement-based activities to support focus, self-regulation, and overall learning readiness.
The program is designed as an enrichment class to support student learning behaviors, attention, and classroom engagement. Instruction is delivered in small-group and classroom settings and is intended to complement existing academic programs.
Content is presented in a neutral, educational format and does not include religious or ideological instruction.
Recognizing and responding to emotions
Attention, focus, and task persistence skills
Basic understanding of how the body responds to stress
Breath-based techniques to support regulation and reset
